Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use MinUtils for personal, non-commercial purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on MinUtils
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

Service Description

MinUtils provides free online file conversion services including:

• Image format conversion
• Audio format conversion
• Video format conversion
• PDF tools
• QR code generation

Usage Limits

To ensure fair usage for all users, we implement the following limits:

• Daily Conversion Limit: 50 conversions per day per user
• File Size Limit: Maximum 100 MB per file
• Storage: Uploaded and converted files are automatically deleted after 24 hours

We reserve the right to adjust these limits at any time to maintain service quality.

User Responsibilities

When using MinUtils, you agree to:

• Only upload files you own or have permission to convert
• Not upload any illegal, harmful, or copyrighted content
• Not attempt to abuse, overload, or disrupt our services
• Not use automated tools or scripts to access our services excessively
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

The materials on MinUtils are provided on an 'as is' basis. MinUtils makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or quality of converted files. Please verify converted files before use.

Limitations of Liability

In no event shall MinUtils or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use MinUtils, even if MinUtils or a MinUtils authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
